Foolish CEOs flunk security test

I've seen

or should say "have worked in" both situations where the top brass is ether computer illiterate or very savvy. In ether case getting them to use a password other than their user name or password has been a challenge. So how are we supposed to relate or push for more security when they won't even deal with the most basic or security issues.
