Even employee education sometimes fail.
Doesnt matter how many times you tell them, or how many times it is written in the company policy manual, someone is going to screw something up.

Imagine if an email from joenobody@yahoo.com gets sent to an entire office claiming to be an email from the boss asking for sensitive data of some sort. Chances are, 1 of the employees will respond to it.

Yesterday for example for me. I was leaving my office on the 3rd floor going to down the stairwell. On the 2nd floor is a high security room you cant get into unless you have the proper key card to get in. As I approached the door to pass it, someone came out the door and held it open asking if I needed to get in there. I could have just walked right in.
