Give more power to Adsense publishers
This problem also occurs on the websites of Adsense Publishers, but this has been a problem for quite a long time now. However it is easy to block these ads with the help of the Competitive Ad Filter. The only problem is that you can only filter up to 200 different URL's, which is quite a small number if you take the vastness of the Internet and the number of Adsense Advertisers signed up for Google Adwords into account.

I have complained about this, other people have complained about this without any reaction from Google and now look what happened. These ads showed up on Google's own search result pages. Now the whole thing blew up in their own face. Increasing the number of URL's that can be blocked by Adsense Publishers will make their own job of filtering these malicious ads much more easier. Furthermore, they should also add a special dedicated page, just like the one used for reporting phishing sites, so that the Internet community can report sites abusing the Adsense System.

I can't understand why people always wait for the bomb to explode before they start to take action against the problem.
