No smugness
Presently, the Macitosh remains a far safer system for internet usage. I know it's not invulnerable, and I know that no system ever will be. As usual, this particular vulnerability needs a person to do something to get infected. Since it doesn't need one to click 'yes' to anything, however, it is a flaw in Apple's own security. Let this be a boon to keep them working hard on security. Microsoft can hardly keep up with their issues, and I don't know what would happen if the Mac OS garnered so much attention from virus and malware writers.

I for one use my Mac without a firewall, because unlike a Windows machine, it isn't about to catch a half dozen viri for it. This remains a fact for which a Mac user can be just a bit "smug."
