WHY IN THE WORLD would you EVER use ANY SYMANTEC product?? You do realize that Peter Norton divested himself from those idiots loooong ago, don't ya?? There was a very good reason for that; the stuff Symantec puts out is crap!! It has long been known that NAV is sooo poorly written, that things McAfee will catch slip right past it.

I would suggest that you SUE Symantec for damages, lost wages, and "mental distress" (aka Pain & Suffering) to the tune of a MILLION BUCKS. Of course you won't get that much, but it will make them take notice and you could get a few thousand out of them cause the last thing they want is BAD P.R. and lost business.

BTW, if you want an "industrial strength" AntiVirus program instead of that kindergarten program from Symantec, get F-PROT PROFESSIONAL.

OR, if you would like a FREE copy of McAfee AV & continious FREE updates, just become an AOL "Community Leader" volunteer host. It is one of the two "perks" you get for donating an hour or two of your time per week moderating a chat room or a public message board; the other is a FREE account.
