Just as guilty?
How can he be just as guilty Shade?? he bought the program to protect his machine and his work... and it didn't do that... seems simple to me.... Symantec are at fault....ok back ups are important... but still, the program didn't do its job so why go to the expense in the first place?? We have a look around, and determine which program is best and came up with Symantec, now he and I for two of us, know different, and wont be going back for more of the same, ...not good business practice, is it? as you can see by another post below, I to am a victim of Symantec's so called fixes in the updates, now I have a worthless NIS 2003 program on CD that cost ?40.00 or there abouts and they refuse to do a thing about it... there is 4 months left on the subscription...sorry Shade. you are wrong in you opinions there...
