system restore? u must b kiddin!
not all OSes supported by norton have system restore, not that having it helps any - in my experience, system restore rarely fixes any problems - in fact things like patches and updates to other products render it unusable - some wierd error occurs, so that leaves formattin. ever thought he has no way to back up any data files? or that backup software has also been screwed by norton? an if im readin wot hes sayin rite, he has few data files LEFT to back up, thanks to norton! symantec seem 2 b gettin as bad as microsoft - release a product, then have to release so many patches for it that ppl jump at the next version.
