Storm Worm variant ignites e-mail virus activity
More hype over nothing. Keep spreading the FUD ZDNet. Look, this threat is minimal at best. Corporations strip out the zip files from emails as well as other files with given extensions. Home users have antivirus and antimalware to detect problems. There is a warning window that pops up asking if you want to open the attachment and makes the user aware of the dangers of doing that. Should the user even get to the poitn of the executable Windows still asks if its ok to run it and prompts with a warning. This thing is going to be dead before you know it.
