What benefits?
If Microsoft is giving me free benefits then I'll drop my benefits plan from my current employer and save some money. I should probably talk to their HR department first though since they never notified me of benefits. I'm not in denial, I just see the positive side of things while people like yourself and your community only look for the negative.
