There are some really bold statements flying back and forth here. LOL! It seems it's always MS vs. Linux when it's really a user problem to begin with. The bad hacks rely on people to first believe what they read in email then react. Most, I agree, users do not update their systems. MS patches will close some holes but not all, same with Linux. AV vendors are reactive not proactive. Get firewall/AV/AS SW and keep it updated. So unless we want to become bots, etc. let's get the word out to all of your associates to think before they act and if they don't know how to stay updated ask a friend to help. We will all be better off in the end. I mean I don't know about any of you but I don't like working 22 hour days firefighting bugs!
