Interesting concept.
My first thought was RIAA as origin of the virus,
but the European concept merits investigation
also.
Don't know how the name of the virus was
assigned, but a Wallon (Henry, I believe)
has historical significance to areas now
incorporated into modern Belgium.
The people of his region were called Waloons,
with their roots in ancient Wallonia.
Or maybe someone wants us to assume
the virus originated thereabouts, or
by someone from Belgium.
One could be in awe of these viral coders
were not writter for such a MicroSOFT target.
