Another sad attempt to deflect critical attention
The story is that Microsoft, the largest convicted monopolists on the face of the planet, are still dipping into their $50 billion savings ONLY for the purposes of snuffing out competition. The sole intent of Microsoft shills in this situation (where Windows users are suffering from the inherent design flaws in the product they are paying through a bleeding nose for) is to shift the responsibility for the consequences from the people who are responsible for them (Microsoft) to the people who thought they were paying for something they could actually use (the end user).
Here is a site for Microsofties to mull over

http://www.ukrecallnotice.co.uk/

Just look at how UK manufacturers who find they have released a defective product issue 'Product Recalls' and in some cases financial reimbursement or compensation? Unlike convicted predators Microsoft, who pay peiople to go online and spout pro-Microsoft advertising copy even as untold legions of Microsoft paying customers are losing data, time and money to 2 sepearte Windows specific exploits this week alone.

Shill on, shadeTree. You're sassed.
