Here is the link that I used for they have actually moved their address maybe...the download wasn't complete because you need to reload the IE7 and then download the patch the link is...http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=F82EA

Please reinstall the IE7first,overwrite the file, and then follow this link.
Use copy and paste it into your browser....
