Google and run gpedit.msc
if you're actually running a windows pc, not a mac or linux. you can set the Windows update policy to not automatically reboot your pc after updating, change the interval of reminder messages, change the time interval before a reboot will occur, install non-rebooting updates immediately and set the updates to be presented prior to updating whereas the user can deselect updates and click off to not have it ask for that update again, like the IE browser update, some people wanted the remain with 6 to use for whatever purposes. A corporate/business admin would set such to minimize disruption versus severity of need.
