This patch hurts MYIE2.
After I installed this patch, my browser, MYIE2 became so sluggish I had to finally roll back this update.

In case you don't know, MYIE2 is a free IE shell which gives you more functionality for IE among these is it blocks ALL popups. After installing this update, MYIE2 would lock up so bad you have to stop with the task manager.

There maybe other issues but this one for me is an important one.
