You guys are really missing the point!
The Realtek drivers worked just fine on a machine that doesn't have this latest MICROSOFT VULNERABILITY FIX. IT IS A MICROSOFT "FIX" THAT BROKE THE REALTEK DRIVERS.

The Microsoft software was BROKEN, and it caused the Realtek drivers to break when they "fixed" it.

Now, as far as what loads when during startup, THAT'S THE OPERATING SYSTEM'S JOB. If, somehow, the OS allows a mere program to to tell IT when to load something, hey, that OS has bigger problems than a measly animated cursor exploit!
