True enough
but most of that mono stuff was businesses pile on for the cash. Funny since the govt wants to keep its monopoly on how they run the people, citizens and wouldn't allow themselves to be sued for their practices over many administrations. Yes, they could have standardized on Sun, IBM, or Apple over the years, but put money into the very thing they said was illegal, an enabler of sorts and quite the funny. Like tobacco, . . keeps those on base buying the packs, . . . but really, no govt research on the effects? til it made a money grab.
