Please explain
How is somebody locked into one vendor with Windows?

Also explain why it's better to use high margin hardware that has not proven to be better than any PC vendor out there? Costs are higher and you don't have native support for Windows servers, for those using Windows Servers. The support for active directory and group policy are very good reasons a windows client on a company's choice of hardware seems to make more sense to me. That is just my opinion of course.
