Mostly Windows and IE
See http://blogs.zdnet.com/security/

The affected list seems to cover only various Windows products and IE, and McAfee specifically includes XP SP2 plus IE6 and IE7 in the vulnerability, and specifically excludes Firefox 2.0, along with pre-SP2 versions of XP, from the vulnerability. This seems to be a variant of a hole patched over two years ago, though apparently not patched well enough. That one also affected software which used certain IE components, but this warning says nothing about that.
