Hmmmm
Not sure where you're from, but shooting someone in the back for just walking into your house, with no apparent threat to you or your loved ones or property seems like a crime no matter what state you're in. (I could be wrong)

Got anything to back it up?

Imagine that the avon lady came to your house, the door is open, she rings and gets no response, she steps into the open doorway and according to you even when she sees you coming and turns to run you can shoot her in the back.

Sounds pretty ludicrous to me, and I even agree that if someone BREAKS IN it is a different story.

BTW, I'm from the country where people are often shot for trespassing.

One incident was a man just turned around in a womans driveway and the woman shot at the man from inside the house. The man called the police and the police told him "...don't turn around in her driveway."
