Bzzzt wrong, not in my state.
It may seem strange to a city boy like yourself, but in my state we take something like that very serious and the law is on the side of the home owner, period.

It is interesting to note that we have very few home break-ins and tresspass is all but unheard of. (Compared to neighboring states.) Why is that? Well, the smart ones figured out it's not worth the risk... Gee, maybe some hackers need to the same lesson...
