This is an interesting approach
A guy sees that some car is open so, he enters it not to take a ride or party in it. He just leaves a note to an owner/user:

"Please, update your faulty locks and leave the doors closed so, nobody would steal it or damage it".

Yet, some morons at manufacturer of the brand car will try and catch the guy for a dangerous theft.

Dangerous to whom? Image of moronic manufacturer engineers plagued with problems in their products or to the car owner?

Good luck with that DMCA. It's a "powerful" utility in hands of corporations. They don't seem to see the point...
