Would you run MS differently? Maybe, but no one cares as you will never be in the drivers seat. Nor do I suspect that MS will stop entering new markets just to please you.

The fact of the matter is, all succesful companies try new things to see if they will fly. If you don't like it, well, to bad so sad, it doesn't and never will change anything. Business works because they don't listen to folks like you. If they did, no one would invest millions in cars and we would all be riding horses...
