I guess so
Since they have problems dealing with security, they were smart
to bail out on the customers. Are they just going to let Intel
handle the hardware and charge a "fee" so windows will support
it? I mean they aren't know as a hardware vendor. I did get a big
laugh out of this part though.

A source close to the company said Microsoft entered the Wi-
Fi field with hopes of "raising the bar" on security, ease-of-use
and performance and now feels it has accomplished those
goals.


The only bar that MS likes to raise, is the barrier to
market. Got to keep those pesky competitors out of the market
you know. No need to waste money on R&D when you don't have
competition.
