Another really dumb idea from the world's leader in dumb ideas
Police departments worldwide consistently advise against anyone offering rewards. Why? Because so many people will use it against those they don't like or for spite. The result? Police departments are tied down chasing these false 'leads' and simply don't have the manpower to focus on investigating and finding the real culprits. Rewards are, and have always been, counter productive.

With MS long history of counter-productive innovations it is no surprise they decided to pull this stunt. Actually, it was quite predictable. Just another attempt attempt at deflecting focus away from the real problem, the low quality of MS products.
