The only way that bounty
can help with the viruses is to set bounty to catch ALL the MS 'engineers' who fail to follow established DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION and QUALITY CONTROL practices. I bet that ms s/w will then become more secure and stable.

But ofcourse, all the effort has focused on the 3D graphical engine of longhorn. Who has ... time for security and code stability. Nothing is more important than watching your PC getting compromised and your data hijacked in 3-D. 2-D instability is so 20th century...
