First question.... why isn't this scum-bucket in jail??
My impression is that he was ordered to surrender only the money he gained illegally. I saw nothing in there about punitive fines. That's not really much of a deterrent. We can commit crimes and if we happen to get nailed, we just have to "give it back".

The other issue is that this piece of human garbage was not punished. He should have gotten some serious jail time... period.

Even those convicted of disorderly conduct can receive 90 days in jail (around these parts). This guy disrupts the lives of thousands and just walks away. Sad. Very sad.
