Mike Cox has a point for once
This type of attack has to be done via an insider unless there is open wifi involved (whole other issue).

But if there is an insider, it is critical to ensure the company has clear Internet-user policies that spell out not only the legitimate uses that company computers can be used for, but also the networks as well, and also the consequences that will lead to termination.

I am always surprised that smaller companies don't have this in place.
