Well its about time!
It?s about time somebody did something proactive. Microsoft should offer a reward for information about anyone who writes malware designed to exploit flaws in Microsoft code.

While we are at it, how about trying the same treatment for spammers? Legislation is of course needed to deal with spammers in addition to bounties.
