Oh yes it has!

WGA is now a part of (integrated into) the OS, and cannot be uninstalled or disabled.

DRM is no longer controlled by the OS, but Vista is controlled by DRM.

Much of your hardware (probably most, even some recently purchased) will not function with Vista.

Basic configuration is denied the user and controlled by Microsoft.

Soooooo.... there are changes..... less functionality and usability and more Microsoft control.

Buy..er...ahhhh..license it, use it, and ENJOY it.
