Yep, that's a fact.
"Microsoft's security team checked their servers and said there was no breach."

The facts from this statement are this:
a) Microsoft's security team checked their servers.
b) Microsoft said there was no breach.

There's no proof that there was no breach. It only means that Microsoft couldn't find proof of a breach. It says nothing about Microsoft's methods for searching for a breach, nor about any purported perpetrator's ability to hide their tracks.

Please find some real facts, Loverock.
