It Seems To Me...
...Google is doing nothing more than paying lip service to the public's concerns over their tracking info retention. They should have saved their money (they'll need it to pay off Viacom and hundreds of other content providers). For the most part, the public won't buy into their feeble stab at putting minds to rest.
