counts.

Vista WAS the first real update in five years right? Hmmm? And the Pro version
of Vista costs up to $400 per seat ?

This is probably true. As I've noted from watching friends and colleages relate to
their computers, it's the "tinker-ers" and the tech-savvy that tend to form an
emotional bond with Windows.

I think they tend to get a real ego boost from being considered smart, and helping
others with Windows is like being able to solve a Rubik's Cube in 15 seconds.

Amazing ! OOOOH ! Wow, how do you DO that?

I suggest that we try to remember that emotional responses are not based on
reason or rationality, and you can't win an argument with "So, THERE !".
