What about the 5th Amendment?
Law enforcement types regularly impound suspect's computers and pull data from them. With an encrypted drive with my fingerprint for a key can they compel me to unlock the drive? I would assume so as they can compel me to submit blood or DNA if necessary. Bye, bye 5th!
