- Put a router between you and the broadband connection
- Using a NAT router between you and the broadband connection just makes sense, especially with the cost of such routers falling weekly. A decent router with 4-6 ports can easily handle most home networks of Mom and Dad, and little Jimmie's and Susie's machines. And block unused ports!!!
