theft
I get e-mails supposedly from Paypal, Ebay & banks frequently. I know they're phishing but there's a lot of people who have no clue...those e-mails are really set up to be convincing they're legit...they sure look real.
I feel badly for those who have had their accts. stolen...my cc acct. almost was a few years back.
I logged into my acct (typed in the url rather than using a saved link too).
On the front page there was an extra box I'd never seen before telling me I needed to update my information. Suspicious as I am I went offline & called them.
They immediately closed my acct....seems a number of others had called with the same problem. I have a feeling someone hacked into their computers....that's as close as I ever want to get to having these kinds of problems.
