it goes both ways
There are at least as many Mac trolls as Windows Trolls (or maybe it's just the same ones and they're extremely vocal). To some degree, I think the ones here like to take to the boards, because the Mac Trolls are harp on every single problem.

In the end, I figure it comes down to what my needs are. My needs include gaming and Mac can't do that....therefore, it's not an acceptable solution. That may change, but I doubt it, since gamers tend to like choices in hardware and Apple's model requires that hardware choices remain limited. Changing that model would likely increase the amount of testing exponentially.
