The General Consensus
Among most users and security vendors is that Vista is in a nose-dive and tail-spin, and where it's headed aint a pretty picture.

For example, I just read Chris Pirillo's newsletter in which he outlines his reasons for switching from his brand new Vista desktop back to XP. Chris is a long-time Microsoft guy (and still is), but Vista just don't cut it for him, at least right now. I watched him years ago on the "Call For Help" TV show, and he is one smart kid. He really knows his Windows. He is one guy that I take his word for anything, without even checking it.

Most of the REAL experts agree with everything Chris says. The BIG support I see for Vista is the trolls and shills here, AND the innocent people who buy a new computer with Vista pre-installed, completely unaware of what they are getting. When these people wake up to the facts, the story will be all over.
