It is great fun!
When you're on top, you are always a target. With 90% of the user base, MS is doing something right. I see it as a successful ecosystem. Most people thrive on this platform as users, others create a living out of creating content, software or hardware for the platform. We have ten times the choices that people using other platforms have, and we pay less for both hardware and software for our platform. And we suffer because criminals go where the money is -- the Windows platform -- and try to steal from people. With an operating system that now has 25+ million lines of code in it, you can't say they're not trying to address 100 million people's individual issues.

I see the constant drumbeat of carpers and crap-throwers that make themselves heard in these forums for who they are -- bitter and stuck with a load of sour grapes that they're trying to unload on everyone else.
