They should be treated as innocent until proven guilty
I'm no anti-microsoft zealot as I'm a technet subscriber and make my living off of computers mostly running their os's. However, I do believe that the customer should be assumed to be innocent until proven guilty. There should be no "yellow" status but simply the assumption of innocence until the GAN can definitely determine it's an illegitimate copy.
