Dear Possible Criminal of IP,

We at Micosoft, at the moment, can't prove that you have done anhything wrong or illegal. But since you have Microsoft Windows running on your computer - well, what 's yours is ours.
Since we can't be 100 % sure of what the legality of all the software on said computer, we have decided to give you a category of "Possible Criminal" so we have filed a lien on your properties and have a direct deposit/deduction to/from your bank accounts. Anytime we think, suspect or just for the hell of want to, we will either give you some money or take it away. Should you not have any cash value in your accounts, we may choose to use whatever is on your computer in whatever manner we choose as financial restitution for your possible crimes
