Always remove all freeware
I have ALWAYS removed all software from a PC vendor that was not specifically ordered with teh exception of drivers.

This has been a problem fromnearly all vendors for quite some time. It has become nearly impossible to set up a new PC without having to spend 30 minutes removing free software and faulty support tools. I have demenaded that Dell not add software thatt I have not ordered. They insist that they won't add anything but the PC always comes loaded with useless junk including their very dangerous support tools.
