Also I can't believe that you went through all of that for a DVD players. You can buy a new DVD Dual Layer burner for lass than $50 delivered to your door. Why would you want Dell to replace a POS DVD ROM that broke with another POS (straight from the cheapest PC component vendor on the planet) that will certainly do the same?
