First thing I do with a new PC
is disable and uninstall the support.com crap delivered with Windows. Then I nuke the directory just to be sure.

How hard is it to make the intuitive leap that a software appliance designed to let others, on the internet no less, control and configure your computer is a the most egregious security risk?

Why do computer manufactures insist on putting a back door on retail PCs?
