I read the bulletins and the Windows bug must be close to 10 years old, assuming that this bug is also in NT 4.0, as research on MSDN shows when this API was first introduced if I read it correctly.

So far this is not a bad rate of flaws. If only a 6 flaws like this are found a year, I would have to say that Microsoft did a good job with Vista.
