If Symantec would come out and state this is one of the areas of improvement they have now addressed and turned around, they might remain a power player through the Vista era and beyond
I couldn't agree more. What's surprising is their Symantec Antivirus Corporate software works very well, and the client portion is very unobtrusive. The server half is more of a controll panel then anything else.
