Holy Crap
I'm beginning to think that half the people don't even read the article.. just check the headline and jump down to the TalkBack section. This isn't about an attack, and the article specifically mentions that an exploit is unlikely because everyone is still using older versions. This is about a flaw found using "a standard process of code auditing." Microsoft either chose not to fully test the product or decided they didn't have time to fix it before releasing it to the public.
