I don't think that he'll avoid extradition simply because the prosecutor threatened him with the maximum sentence of a crime he allegedly committed.

This crime isn't even subject to the death penalty so despite what anyone said or how it was interpreted it has nothing to do with anything.

Now that he messed up his only chance to plea bargain if he is found guilty they should give him the maximum possible sentence allowed by the sentencing guidelines. Its what should happen when people try to weasel their way out of something.
