While not IT experts...
...The products do tell you right out of the box in the setup guide how to change your password. I'm no home security expert, but I do know that when I move into a new house, the first thing I need to do is change the locks on all the doors. No locksmithing expertise required.

In this day and age with so much publicity about identity theft and system hacking, you need to learn about basic security if you don't know it already.
