- Financial Penalties
- It is right that there should be some sort of sanction on those who act negligently. But somehow it seems wrong to impose financial fines on the company as such when its assets belong to its customers who certainly are not guilty of an offence. Perhaps it would be fairer to impose finnes on those directly responsible.
